If the customer(s) is/are not entirely satisfied with his/her/their purchase, we are here to help.

The customer will be responsible for paying for his/her/their own shipping costs for returning his/her/their item. Shipping costs for purchased items are non-refundable.

If the customer receives a refund, the cost of shipping for the item(s) purchased will be deducted from his/her/their refund.

The customer has 30 calendar days to return an item from the date received.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that it/they was/were received.

The item(s) must be in the original packaging.

The item(s) need(s) to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify the customer(s) immediately on the status of his/her/their refund.

Once the return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment.

The customer(s) will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the payment issuer's policies.
