Please note that in the case of scenarios arising that require the cancellation of this event by 3 Circles Energy (e.g. pandemic resurgence, severe weather, national security concern), you will receive a full refund. Client cancellations made more than 14 days before this event will receive a full refund. 50% of the cost will be deducted for cancellations made between 5 and 14 days while there will be no refund for cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled event.

If the customer(s) is/are not entirely satisfied with his/her/their purchase, we are here to help.
The customer will be responsible for paying for his/her/their own shipping costs for returning his/her/their item. Shipping costs for purchased items are non-refundable.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify the customer(s) immediately on the status of his/her/their refund.
Once the return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment.
